The JCP Hollow Wall Anchors M6x60mm ZYP (LHWA06060) are high-performance metal cavity fixings designed for secure installations in plasterboard, hollow blocks, and other cavity wall materials. Featuring five expanding legs, these anchors distribute load evenly to provide exceptional holding power, even in demanding applications.
With an M6 thread size, 60mm screw length, and compatibility with wall thicknesses of 7-13mm, these anchors are suitable for mounting heavy fixtures such as shelves, radiators, and cupboards. The maximum fixture thickness supported is 30mm, and they require a 10mm hole size for proper installation. Finished with a Zinc Yellow Plated (ZYP) coating, they provide enhanced resistance to corrosion for long-term indoor use.
The anchors are rated for a recommended tensile load of 0.29kN (approximately 29.6kg) and a shear load of 0.34kN (approximately 34.7kg). Tensile load refers to the maximum force the anchor can withstand when pulled directly away from the wall, while shear load indicates the force it can handle when subjected to sideways stress. These specifications ensure the anchors deliver reliable performance in a variety of applications.
Designed for ease of use, the anchors can be expanded by tightening the screw or using a Hollow Wall Anchor Setting Tool, ensuring a secure and efficient installation every time.
