The Hinton Brazing Torch Flame Guard (HG1) is a practical safety accessory designed to protect surrounding surfaces when carrying out brazing and soldering work. It acts as a physical heat shield, helping to reduce the risk of scorch marks, heat damage, or accidental fire when working close to walls, insulation, or other sensitive materials.
Manufactured from durable metal, the flame guard is shaped to deflect heat and flame away from the work area while still allowing clear access to the joint being brazed. It clamps securely to the torch neck, positioning the guard close to the flame without interfering with normal torch operation.
Ideal for HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing applications, the HG1 is particularly useful when brazing pipework in tight or confined spaces where additional protection is required. It helps improve on-site safety and gives installers greater confidence when working near combustible or finished surfaces.

Orders placed before 16:00 with next working day/timed services will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 16:00 will not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. "Next working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed with any of the services below will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
