The Rothenberger Brazing Rod S2 1KG is a high-quality brazing alloy designed for the repair, maintenance, and joining of copper and copper alloy components. These rods are composed of 2% silver, 91.7% copper, and 6.3% phosphorous, conforming to ISO 17672 CuP104 standards. This composition provides excellent flow characteristics and strong, reliable joints.
The brazing rods have a melting range of 645-825°C and a working temperature of 710°C, making them suitable for high-stress applications in HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems. The S2 Rods are ideal for capillary gap brazing and does not require additional flux when used on copper-to-copper joints.
This 1KG pack contains approximately 60 rods, each measuring 2mm in diameter and 500mm in length, providing ample material for extensive projects. The rods are designed for efficient use in various applications, ensuring durability and high performance under demanding conditions.

Orders placed before 16:00 with next working day/timed services will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 16:00 will not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. "Next working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed with any of the services below will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
