The CPS TRS500E Pro-Set Ignition-Proof Oilless Refrigerant Recovery Machine is a compact, high performance recovery unit designed for safe use with A1, A2, A2L and A3 refrigerants, including modern low GWP gases and hydrocarbons. ATEX approved and tested to ANSI 12.12.01 ignition proof standards, it provides added peace of mind when working in potentially flammable environments.
At the heart of the TRS500E is a 3/4 HP brushless DC (BLDC) oilless compressor with an innovative wobble piston design, delivering smooth, efficient recovery with minimal maintenance. The unit runs on dual voltage 110–240 V, 50/60 Hz with no 50 Hz performance drop, making it ideal for use across different sites and power supplies. A high airflow fan and micro channel condenser keep operating temperatures under control, helping to maintain recovery rates even on demanding jobs.
Designed for real world service work, the TRS500E includes on board suction and discharge gauges, a manual reset high pressure cut out set at 38 bar, and a purge, self clearing, function to remove residual refrigerant from the machine and reduce the risk of cross contamination between gases. Easy access, cleanable inlet filters and a sealed crank and start relay further enhance reliability and service life.
Weighing around 10kg and housed in a rugged blow moulded case with integrated carry handle, the TRS500E is genuinely portable while still capable of handling common refrigerants such as R32, R410A, R134a, R290 and R600. For engineers who regularly work with flammable or A2L refrigerants, it offers a practical combination of ignition proof safety, ATEX compliance, and oilless, low maintenance operation in one versatile recovery machine.

Orders placed before 16:00 with next working day/timed services will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 16:00 will not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. "Next working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed with any of the services below will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
