The CPS PRO-SET 1/4" Hose Set (HP5NG) is a high-performance 5ft (1.5m) refrigerant charging hose set, engineered for charging, recovery, and evacuation of HVAC/R systems. Designed for use with CFC, H/CFC, HFC, HFO, R-410A, R-134a, R-1234yf, and other refrigerants, these hoses provide durability and safety for professional technicians.
Equipped with SafeMate™ Valves, this hose set features solid brass T-valves with a screw-down core depressor, ensuring refrigerant flow is only activated when the brass valve nut is fully tightened, preventing leaks and reducing refrigerant loss. The offset aluminum control knobs offer an ergonomic grip, keeping hands away from service ports to prevent burns or refrigerant exposure.
Built with a high-strength barrier lining, these hoses minimise permeation and refrigerant loss compared to standard designs. With a burst pressure exceeding 4000 PSI (27.6 MPa) and a maximum working pressure of 800 PSI (5.5 MPa), they provide outstanding strength and flexibility. The swivelling T-valve prevents the connection from loosening when repositioning hoses during servicing.

Orders placed before 16:00 with next working day/timed services will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 16:00 will not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. "Next working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed with any of the services below will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
We aim to despatch all orders with standard services within two working days, as long as all items are in stock.
