The CPS PRO-SET 1/4"-5/16" Hose Set (HK5NG) is a premium-grade 5ft (1.5m) refrigerant charging hose set, designed for safe and efficient charging, recovery, and evacuation of HVAC/R systems. Compatible with CFC, H/CFC, HFC, HFO, R-410A, R-134a, and R-1234yf refrigerants, these high-performance hoses are built to withstand rigorous professional use.
Each hose features the patented SafeMate™ Valve, a solid brass T-valve with a screw-down core depressor that activates refrigerant flow only after the brass valve nut is fully tightened, preventing leaks and accidental refrigerant loss. The offset aluminum control knobs provide an ergonomic grip, keeping hands clear of service ports while preventing burns from refrigerant exposure.
Constructed with a high-strength barrier lining, these hoses minimise permeation and loss of refrigerant compared to conventional designs. With a burst pressure of over 4000 PSI (27.6 MPa) and a maximum working pressure of 800 PSI (5.5 MPa), they ensure durability and reliability in demanding environments. The swivelling T-valve further enhances flexibility, preventing the connection from loosening when repositioning hoses during use.

Orders placed before 16:00 with next working day/timed services will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 16:00 will not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. "Next working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed with any of the services below will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
